Vidu Q3-Turbo 首尾帧生视频

POST

/runningai/open/v1/viduq3-turbo/start-end-to-video

提交首帧+尾帧图片 URL 和提示词，异步生成视频。提交后通过 GET /tasks/{taskId} 轮询状态，GET /tasks/{taskId}/result 获取结果。

支持的参数选项：
